What is CareNet?

Hillside's "CareNet Ministry," one of the clearest examples of God's plan for His Church, is a program to "Care" for each other and provide a safety "net," catching and building up those who are struggling. It is believers using their God-given gifts, abilities and experience to meet the needs of others. If you have a need, please give our office a call and we'll do our best to find just the right person to help!

You may already be aware of many pieces of the CareNet puzzle like our Good Samaritan Fund, Gifts of Grace Baby Pantry, New Life Recovery Group, Divorce & Grief Recovery, Funerals, Counseling, Pre-Marital classes, our Sensory Room for special needs kids and general appreciation and encouragement. But there is much more to CareNet. It involves YOU and your God-given gifts, skills and availability to help someone else.

So what do you have to offer those with a need? It might be fixing stuff, providing a ride or just being there for someone. Whatever it is, we want to know! Please take a few minutes, fill out the CareNet Volunteer Form, and let us know what areas of expertise you have or in what areas you would be willing to serve so that when someone presents us with a need, we have a great pool of helpers to connect them with.
